Has powerful Mercury OptiMax 150XL known for reliability, with 744h primarily trawling Marlin on the West coast, doesn't miss a beat and starts on the first try. Max speed for me was 38kn.
For buyer peace of mind, I've had a major service & compression tests done - $2k. The setup is good to go with nothing outstanding.
The original owner was fish mad, rigging it with Simrad NSS12 EVO2 full of East and West coast fishing coordinates, TM258 1KW Transducer + Lowrance TotalScan Skimmer, Kilwell Telescopic Outriggers, electric reel sockets, large live bait tank, blue underwater Lumitec SeaBlaze lights, Custom SS rocket launcher, 6 SS rod holders, L custom baitboard, 100L fuel + 40L jerrycan space, straps for 2 scuba dive tanks. Has a large custom canvas cover fully protecting the interior when bimini is lowered + full boat and trailer nylon cover (with tear needing repair). I've used the boat sparingly over the past 7 years for family trips to Hauraki & Kawau, Coromandel and Great Barrier. It comfortably handles two families (4A & 4K) & fishes 5 men.
