This Hallberg-Rassy 29 is the perfect yacht for a couple wanting to cruise reasonable distances in comfort and safety and is perfectly suited for single-handed sailing as well. No matter if you like to cruise blue waters or just a day trip on inland waters. Even when you dream of a circumnavigation this 29 is ready and equipped for it!
Ownership and History
From 1988 to 2014, the yacht was owned and sailed by her first owner along the coasts of Holland and the German North Sea. Since 2014, she has been in the hands of her current owner, who has invested significantly in a comprehensive refit and numerous upgrades (detailed invoices available). Between 2017 and 2024, this yacht embarked on an extraordinary voyage, sailing from her home port of Stavoren in Holland around Europe, across the Atlantic to the Caribbean, and through the Panama Canal to the South Pacific, including French Polynesia, Tonga, and finally New Zealand. At every stage, she proved her exceptional seaworthiness, handling rough seas with ease.
The yacht was imported into New Zealand in January 2025, and both import duties and GST were fully paid to Customs NZ, ensuring a seamless ownership transfer for buyers in New Zealand.
Superior Craftsmanship and Comfort
Built with Hallberg-Rassy's renowned attention to detail, this yacht boasts a solid GRP hull with an encapsulated keel and is completely free of osmosis. The first-class mahogany interior creates a warm and inviting atmosphere while providing excellent storage.
