Description: Fleming 55 Pilothouse
WHY KNOT is a meticulously maintained Fleming 55 Pilothouse yacht, ideal for extended cruising in the Pacific Northwest. Boathouse-kept and in excellent condition, she is equipped with twin 435 CATS engines, cockpit engine controls, GPS, autopilot, bow and stern thrusters, Naiad stabilizers, Webasto hydronic diesel heating, and two Northern Light generators (12kW and 6kW). Additionally, the vessel includes an Aquapro 12 RIB tender with a 30hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor, a davit, a 6-man life raft, Victron Inverter and chargers with a lithium-ion battery bank, and Flo Scan fuel monitors, among many other features.

The yacht accommodates seven in three staterooms, each with custom mattresses and carpet with sound-down insulation, ensuring a warm and quiet environment. The master stateroom, located forward, features a queen island bed with memory foam, a private head, and a separate stall shower. Two guest staterooms are located forward on either side of the passageway. The starboard stateroom has upper and lower berths, with the top bunk folding away, while the port stateroom offers twin single berths and a pull-out upper berth. Both staterooms provide ample storage and well-lit lockers, with a shared head and stall shower.

The main salon includes a built-in Gruner freezer/refrigerator, an L-shaped settee with a teak Hi-Lo table, two side chairs on the port side, and an entertainment center and storage to starboard. The galley, positioned forward on the port side, features Corian countertops, double Euro sinks, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer/icemaker on the starboard side.

Access to the pilothouse is via steps on the starboard side. The pilothouse includes a Stidd helm seat, an L-shaped settee, sliding doors to the deck on both port and starboard, and stairs leading up to the flybridge deck. With Webasto HBW2020 diesel-fired hot water heating throughout, the vessel remains comfortable and dry for long-term cruising or living aboard. This yacht is turn-key ready!
