Last week we departed Tweed Heads and motored down the coast to Sydney for the Sydney Boat Show. Over the four days we experienced mostly good conditions and were cruising at around 20 knots with fuel economy at about 2 1/4 litres per mile. On one of the days we rounded a headland straight into a 20 knot plus breeze, the next two hours were a little uncomfortable and we reduced speed to just under 15 knots. The boat handled these conditions impeccably and two hours later we were once again in calmer waters running at 18 knots. The boat is on display at Sydney Boat Show and we would love it if you could call by. The Matilda Bay 32 has a proven blue water hulls an is suited to many activities, with a good sized head and two bunks it is a great day or short stay boat and a fishing boat that comfortably accommodates the family.
